Annie Howley is ARCCA’s 2025 Vice Chair.

Annie is a Project Associate and the Environmental Governance Lead at Farallon Strategies. Annie manages the company’s engagement with the B Labs Global Network and leads corporate environmental initiatives. Annie recently returned from a summer fellowship with the Environmental Defense Fund Climate Corps program working on corporate sustainability initiatives with Blue Shield of California.
